1-hour appointment for clients who have already had a new client appointment. (If you have not seen me for over a year, please book a new client appointment.) Please remember to bring ALL the supplements you have at home (as long as they are in date) and your essence bottle. Please wear suitable clothing (ie, warm layers, socks, soft trousers, long sleeved top – even in summer). Please do NOT wear jeans, shorts, skirts, skimpy tops, big jewellery and/or perfume.
