This 3-hour workshop is aimed at all those who are interested in improving their digestive health. It will include:
– kinesiology self-help techniques
– yoga postures and nidra (no experience required)
– guided meditation
– essential oils
– breathing techniques
– a few belly laughs!
Our aim is for you to learn some useful techniques to help with bloating, indigestion, heartburn, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea and any other symptom of poor digestion.

And you’ll see which ingredients to buy and where – and how to turn them into naturally gluten-free, sugar-free, healthy meals – taste satisfaction guaranteed!
