A 3-hour introduction to muscle testing and some simple but amazing energy balancing techniques. This will be a very hands-on (literally!) workshop. You will work in pairs and alone to learn how to muscle test others and yourself for emotions, foods, supplements, remedies … and anything else you fancy!

This 3-hour workshop is aimed at all those who are interested in improving their digestive health. It will include:
– kinesiology self-help techniques
– yoga postures and nidra (no experience required)
– guided meditation
– self-massage
– essential oils
– breathing techniques
– mindfulness
– a few belly laughs!
Our aim is for you to learn some useful techniques to help with bloating, indigestion, heartburn, reflux, constipation, diarrhoea and any other symptom of poor digestion.
